'Gilmore Girls' Releases A New Set Photo That Will Give You Major Feels
When we got a sneak peek of the first page of the script for the "Gilmore Girls" revival, every Stars Hollow fan read it as voraciously as Rory digests academic works.
Well now Entertainment Weekly has gotten a hold of photo from the set of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life," and I hope you have some tissues nearby, because your eyes are about to explode into tears.
The picture features Emily, Lorelai and Rory paying their respects to the departed Richard Gilmore at a cemetery with flowers in hand.
RIP Richard.
God, I wish I could go to Luke's Diner for a cup of joe just to settle myself because this photo makes me so sad, I need lots of caffeine to pick myself up again.
I mean, I found it hard when Emily and Richard briefly separated, but this? No, this is too much.
HOW ARE EMILY AND LORELAI GOING TO NEGOTIATE THEIR DIFFERENCES WITHOUT THEIR GO-TO MEDIATOR?
Richard, with his spot-on bow ties and regal 'stache, was basically a Noel Coward play come to life.
He was sassy, he was wise, and he cared so much for Rory.
Actor Edward Herrmann who played the part of Richard died back in 2014, and now his loss is felt with the passing of the beloved character he portrayed.
Come on, Michel -- say something witty to lighten the mood. Forget it, I'm having Sooki make me a cake.
