Here's How To Watch The 2017 Billboard Music Awards
The 2017 Billboard Music Awards are Sunday, May 21, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Vanessa Hudgens and Ludacris will host the evening's festivities, which will include performances by Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, Drake, John Legend, Lorde, and more.
The Chainsmokers and Drake lead the list of nominations with 22 a piece, followed by Twenty One Pilots (17), Rihanna (14), and The Weeknd (13).
While Beyoncé -- who either just gave birth to her twins or is about to any day now -- probably won't be there, she is nominated for eight awards, including Top Artist and Top Female Artist.
You're definitely not going to want to miss the action on Sunday night and the competition for the awards is only part of it. There's also sure to be some dramatic moments and maybe even a few awkward run-ins.
Justin Bieber, who famously dated Selena Gomez, is going head-to-head with his ex's new boyfriend, The Weeknd, for the Top Artist award.
Of course, they'll also be competing against Adele, Beyoncé, The Chainsmokers, Drake, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Rihanna, and Twenty One Pilots.
If you're thinking you spot another awkward ex-couple among those nominees, you are correct.
Rihanna and Drake are also competing with each other, and I think I speak for all of us when I say I'm still not over the fact that those two couldn't make things work.
Remember happier times?
Anyway, you aren't going to want to miss a second of the music, the speeches, the subtle shade, or side-eyes coming from music royalty this weekend, so make sure you clear your schedule now.
If you want to get in on the action beforehand, you can cast your vote for Top Social Artist and the Billboard Chart Achievement Award presented by Xfinity.
You can watch the Billboard Music Awards live on ABC at 8 p.m. EST or stream it from ABC.com with a cable login. E! will air the red carpet beginning at 6 p.m. EST.
