Jack Harlow stays flying first class on his continued world domination, but he always makes sure to pack a little bit of Louisville in his carry-on. On Oct. 12, the rapper partnered with American Express to bring his hometown to Brooklyn for a special event titled, “Louisville by Jack Harlow.”

First, though, attendees had a chance to secure some seriously one-of-a-kind swag. Louisville artist and Harlow’s friend Bri Bowers (not pictured here) designed a capsule collection, including shirts and posters with Derby City landmarks.

Ever have fettuccine alfredo at a concert? You should try it sometime. The event catered food inspired by Harlow’s favorite Louisville restaurant, Vincenzo's, including a delicious turkey sandwich called “The Hot Brown.” Everyone also walked away with a gift: two cannolis.

A punctual king, Harlow started his concert started at exactly 8:30 p.m. and opened with his hit “Nail Tech.” The crowd had their phones out and ready for the man of the hour’s big debut onstage. As they should!

Donning a browfit (all brown fit), black, tinted shades, and white kicks, Harlow looked like the aughts rappers (by way of 2022 nostalgia trends) that he grew up idolizing. During the show, he even shouted out his legends, including Weezy and “even young Yeezy.”

A man of his word, Harlow seriously turned Brooklyn into his hometown by bringing out fellow Louisville legend, Bryson Tiller. Of course, the crowd loved every second of this surprise.

As a notable charmer (Remember that Met Gala moment with Emma Chamberlain?), Harlow had the smoothest lines to intro every song, including his hits “Industry Baby,” “WHATS POPPIN,” and “First Class.” Yes, he kept the crowd energized the entire time.

Harlow’s night in Brooklyn was a quick break from his ongoing Come Home The Kids Miss Your World Tour, and he let the intimate crowd know how much he enjoyed this momentarily reprieve from arenas. “No one else has seen me in a room this small this year,” he said. Aw!
