Ambassador Criticizes Kim Kardashian For Posting About The Armenia Conflict

Kim Kardashian West: socialite, fashion icon, world policy activist?

When you think of the Kardashians, the words "experts on foreign military conflict zones " probably don't break the top 100 choices of things you'd say. That's just not whom they are, and there is nothing wrong with that. At the same time, you don't need to be an expert on foreign political aggressions to express your sympathies to a population affected by conflict -- especially when that area is your family's home country.

That is what the Kardashians are currently going through as Armenia is currently in conflict with Azerbaijan over a region called Nagorno-Karabakh.

Kim took to Instagram and Twitter to show her support for the Armenian population's safety on Tuesday amid this crisis.

Some people think Kim would be better suited keeping her nose out of Armenian foreign policy, though, specifically the Azerbaijan ambassador to the United States, Elin Suleymanov, who in a recent interview told reporters,

She's very famous and beloved by her fans, but matters of war and peace are a little too serious for a reality TV star... I personally would be a very bad reality-TV star, so I try not to cross into areas I'm not familiar. I'm not sure Ms. Kardashian is a military or political analyst, so maybe we should all do what we do best.

OoooooooooooOOOOOooooo. Touchy, Elin? Kimmy hit a nerve? Also, Elin Suleymanov, you'd be a TERRIBLE reality star. Nobody wants to keep up with the Suleymanovs.
