Kim Kardashian West Flew To Paris Just To Eat Her Favorite Cheesecake

What is it with super famous people and long distances and cheesecake?

Remember in “Making the Band” -- a sentence I say at least four times a day -- when Diddy made Da Band go downtown and across the Brooklyn Bridge to get him a slice of cheesecake from Junior's, and you were like, "COME ON, DIDDY! THAT'S TOO MUCH”?

Remember that? Of course you do because everyone does.

I only ask this because Kim Kardashian West recently admitted to going all the way to Paris' Hôtel Costes TO EAT THE HOTEL'S CHEESECAKE!

SHE LITERALLY TRAVELED LITERALLY 5,642 MILES FROM LOS ANGELES TO PARIS SO SHE COULD LITERALLY CHOW DOWN ON A LITERAL SLICE OF LITERAL CHEESECAKE.

Yeah, Diddy doesn't seem that crazy now.

The confession came out during a recent episode of Vogue's podcast.

In the interview, Kim K said she made the trip as a sort of going away party for her ability to eat tasty foods.

She told host André Leon Talley,

[The trip was a] last hurrah of all the food that I'm not going to be able to have for a while.

That's right. Because after her baby comes out, she'll have to go back to her standard diet of giraffe meat, Balmain, onyx and gold.

What's funny is when she showed up to the hotel, it was allegedly out of cheesecake. The staff managed to find a slice for her, though, saving what would have been a disastrous last-second luxury trip to Paris.

In addition to cheesecake from Hôtel Costes, Kim shared on the podcast she is also a fan of churros from Ferdi, also located in Paris.

OK, what is it with Kim Kardashian West going very long distances to eat foods that didn't even originate in those places?

Churros and cheesecake in France? Girl, you can get better versions of those in Brooklyn!
