Lindsay Lohan Is Dead Serious About Running For President

It may be five years away, but Kanye West already has some competition for the 2020 presidential candidacy — and her name is Lindsay Lohan.

The famous trainwreck announced her decision to run for prez via Instagram yesterday, and as far as we can tell, she's completely serious.

In a rambling caption accompanying a photo of herself at the 2012 White House Correspondent's dinner, LiLoco wrote:

Following that, Lohan posted a snap of herself and fellow future candidate Kanye West, accompanied by another incoherent caption:

The first thing I would like to do as president of [emoji] is take care of all of the children suffering in the world [emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji emoji] #queenELIZABETH showed me how by having me in her country

While 'Ye's candidacy announcement was certainly unexpected, it wasn't really all that surprising — Kanye West does what Kanye West does. But Lindsay Lohan? She hasn't even acted in anything in the past five years, let alone done anything of value (besides community service for jail time). Oh, and that jail time? Pretty sure a felony rap sheet limits one's ability to run for president.

She'd still be better than Trump, though.
