Though Taylor Swift noted the old versions of herself were dead, they all resurrected on the opening night of her Eras Tour. On Mar. 17, the singer performed an iconic set in Arizona that included her alter-egos, plus a fan wedding (!). Here are the best moments from the show.

It’s no secret that each of Swift’s career-spanning personas is iconic. She could have started with any era and still delivered a riveting show. According to Variety, instead of beginning with her debut, Swift kicked off the show with her 2019 Lover album.

This era is certainly what glittery dreams are made of. ICYMI, Swift began the Lover set with a pastel-beaded bodysuit customized by Versace. Then, mid-way through, the singer slipped into a sickening blazer to perform her single, “The Man.”

Swift then dialed back Lover’s synth-pop sound for her next era: 2020’s Evermore. Adopting a warmer color palette, the pop darling switched into a golden yellow dress and performed hits like “Champagne Problems,” “Marjorie,” “Willow,” and “‘Tis The Damn Season.”

Obvs, Swift’s Evermore set wouldn’t be complete without some woodsy graphics. The album — which she claimed she “absolutely loves” despite the rumors on TikTok — was Swift’s peak “cottagecore” era, and saw her normally singing drowsy tracks in a lone cottage in the forest.

It’s time for some revenge, baby. Yes, a revenge that inspires her to draw a cat eye sharp enough to kill a man. Swift stamped her Reputation era by wearing a snake-beaded ‘fit, a nod to the comments of Swift being “a snake” at the time of the album’s 2017 release.

After a bit of revenge, Swift needed a calm moment on stage. That culminated into her Speak Now era, where she reportedly only performed one song from the album: “Enchanted.” Honestly, this brief performance only adds to the theory she might be re-recording the album.

After her brief detour into whimsy land, Swift brought back her infamous red hue for her Red era. The singer pulled all the stops in this section of her set, such as recreating her “22” music video look and grooving along to hits like “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”

Now, you know all too well Swift couldn’t escape this era without performing one of her re-releases. The singer changed into a red-glittered coat to perform her personal favorite ballad, “All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version).”

Swift’s “cottagecore” stint is back, but in lavender. The singer calmed her setlist once more with her Folklore album. During this section, she wore a prairie-inspired gown while cooing slow bops like “Betty” and “August.”

Not to be dramatic, but Swift’s 1989 set was a moment. The singer drummed up the pace in this section, performing back-to-back hits (“Blank Space” and “Shake It Off”) that had everyone dancing. Even the security guards at the show’s venue knew this era is iconic.

After a long night filled with theatrical frills, fans finally met Swift at midnight. In the last stretch of the show, the singer performed her latest Midnights era while wearing deep purple hues, because why not? She didn’t create “Lavender Haze” for nothing.

During her Midnights set, she reminded fans that she polishes up nicely while strutting through hits like “Karma,” “Vigilante Sh*t,” and of course, “Bejeweled.” Oh, and she also performed the viral TikTok dance (helmed by Swiftie Mikael Arellano) to her shimmery single.
