You know everyone at HBO Max was freaking out.

Fans were seriously on edge.

Knowing the finale was airing but being unable to watch it was torture.

Everyone was just staring at their computer screens crying.

Maddy captured everyone’s feelings best.

That refresh button got pressed a lot.

The timing couldn’t have been worse.

Fans got so impatient.

Some people recalled when HBO Max similarly crashed during Mare of Easttown’s big finale.

Fans were waiting a long time for this episode, and unfortunately, they had to wait a bit longer.

Thankfully, HBO Max got up and running before too long, so nobody had to actually go full Maddy Perez on the app.
