After a twisty, romance-filled season of The Bachelorette, we've finally made it to the end. As Rachel Lindsay gave out her final rose and also an engagement ring on Monday night's Bachelorette finale, Bachelor Nation of course erupted in all sorts of reactions. Twitter reactions about Bryan winning The Bachelorette ranged from joy to anger as Rachel revealed she is engaged to Bryan Abasolo in the Bachelorette finale, after an emotional breakup scene with runner-up Peter. Take a look at some of the best reactions from below.

Reactions to Bryan's win included last season's Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher — she offered up her congratulations with a sweet pic of when she and her man Jordan Rodgers were on the show, but the overwhelming reaction to Bryan getting the final rose was not as, uh, cheery. A number of fans thought Rachel "settled" for Bryan after Peter told her he wouldn't propose to her, and called him out as a consolation prize online.

Most Bachelorette fans responded to the dramatic finale by asserting Rachel must still be in love with Peter, but since he was so adamant in his refusal to propose to her if he was chosen as the winner, she was forced to select Bryan by default. And yeah, they really didn't hold anything back in the tweets. Some of these are straight savage.

Although one glance at Twitter reveals how overwhelmingly unpopular Rachel's final decision was, there is a silver lining for Peter fans. Since he didn't wind up winning the show, he's now a major frontrunner to be cast as the bachelor on the upcoming season of The Bachelor. That means you'll get to see Peter again for another whole season soon enough, most likely. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see if he'll have changed his mind on that whole "I'm not ready to propose" thing in that finale...
