Grammys 2016: Here's What To Know About Music's Biggest Night
The 2016 Grammy Awards will air on Monday, February 15, 2016, with two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J hosting the must-see music event of the year for the fifth consecutive time.
Music's Biggest Night will air live on CBS at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT and run for three and a half hours.
The event will bring musicians, producers and songwriters from every aspect of the industry to the Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles, California, for its 58th annual show.
If you won't have access to a TV during the show on February 15, not to worry. With a tablet or iPhone, head over to CBS.com to watch the event live via one week free of CBS All Access, starting with red carpet access at 12 pm PT. Or, if you'd rather, download the CBS app for free for a front-row seat to the event from anywhere.
The Recording Academy will also introduce multi-platform, behind-the-scenes and live coverage from Music's Biggest Night via CBS, exclusively on the event's website.
This year's show will feature performances from some of the hottest acts and artists up for gramophones, including Taylor Swift, Miguel, Alabama Shakes, Justin Bieber, Diplo, Skrillex, Pitbull, Robin Thicke, Travis Barker, Rihanna, Adele, The Weeknd, the cast of "Hamilton" on Broadway, Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly, Kendrick Lamar, Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood, Ellie Goulding, James Bay and Andra Day.
Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and Grammy winner David Bowie will be honored by six-time Grammy winner and nominee Lady Gaga with a tribute to showcase the late musician's artistry. Grammy nominee Chris Stapleton will also pay tribute to blues legend BB King.
We'll be watching the Grammys live on Sunday, giving you play-by-play coverage from the Grammys Media Center on Snapchat @elitedailysnap, as well as live-tweeting throughout the night on Twitter @EliteDaily. Don't forget to follow along with us on Instagram, too, @EliteDaily!
