Wilmer Valderrama Has An Ex On His Mind, And It's Not Demi Lovato

Well, Demi Lovato is dating NFL players, and now Wilmer Valderrama is hanging out with other exes — I guess they've both moved on!

On Wednesday, 32-year-old actress Mandy Moore posted a cute Instagram honoring her friendship with Wilmer, whom she dated for two years back in the early 2000s.

In the caption, Mandy wrote,

Sometimes you get to work on the same lot as your friends and you can run over, catch up and watch them continue to be a bad-ass (in real life and on TV). Love this guy. Friends for over 16 years. Congrats on @ncis.cbs, @wilmervalderrama! Can't wait to watch you this Fall!!

If that wasn't cute enough, then Wilmer shared a photo of the two on HIS Instagram and typed out an EVEN CUTER CAPTION.

Wilmer wrote,

A Paramount Studios moment.. When one of the most special people just so happens to be shooting her show @nbcthisisus at the same lot you're shooting @ncis_cbs.. Love you Mandela! Ps. Word in the street is she ROCKS the screen on her show!... Can't wait for the world to see the talent you are. Like you said, 16 years and another 16 to go.. And then another 16 after that.. Plus maybe 16 more to add to those last 16.. Ummm let's throw another 16?... After all those?

He's even trying to do math in multiples of 16! Now that's what I call being on good terms with your ex!

The two bumped into each other at the Paramount Studios in Los Angeles while Mandy was filming for her new NBC show, "This Is Us," and Wilmer was shooting for CBS' "NCIS," where he recently joined the cast.

Just last month Wilmer and Demi ended their six-year relationship, and Mandy Moore finalized her divorce with her husband of six years, Ryan Adams.

Well, well, well, now isn't that fortuitous....
