21 Obscure Destinations Perfect For Breathtaking Travel Photography (Photos)
It's no secret most people love to travel.
As a matter of fact, we've covered the wild and spontaneous lives of those who have quit their jobs and sold their homes to explore the world.
Aside from being able to experience new things, meet new people and see new places, capturing precious moments is probably one of the best aspects of globetrotting.
Most people don't realize their interest in travel photography until they get out there and see the world for themselves.
Los Angeles-based travel and lifestyle photographer Jeff Lombardo reveals,
I remember sitting against the window watching the sunset out of an airplane thinking to myself, 'How can I do this forever? How can I make this last? Travel and take photos?' In my mind, I put them together, side to side in my seat.
And then it hit him:
Travel…photography. Travel…photography. A lightbulb went off. I said, 'Travel photographer?' I asked, 'Do they even exist?' I wasn't sure at the time, but I decided right then and there that I was going to be a travel photographer.
That lightbulb going off in Lombardo's head allowed him to take a leap of faith and make travel photography, and photography in general, part of his everyday life.
Forty-seven states, 23 countries and five continents later, Jeff surely found his passion.
