Couple Poses For Wedding Pictures In The Middle Of A Naked Bike Ride
As far as wedding photos are concerned, we've seen it all.
But, we've never seen anything quite like this. Blair Delson and Ross Cohen, a Philadelphia-based newlywed couple, got married on August 29 in the city that loves you back.
Following their wedding, they planned to take photos.
But where exactly were they going to capture their special moment? A park? Underwater?
That's when a light bulb went off in wedding photographer Joseph Gidjunis' head.
Gidjunis pitched Delson and Cohen the idea of using the Philly Naked Bike Ride as a backdrop for the photos.
In case you're not familiar, the Philly Naked Bike Ride is an annual, 10-mile event in Philadelphia featuring anywhere from 2,000 to 4,000 riders every year.
In a recent interview with Huffington Post, Gidjunis revealed,
They were a little hesitant at first, but not opposed to the idea. By the time the wedding day came, they became more open to it happening, but they also didn't want to go looking for the bikers. If it happened, it happened.
Well, guess what? It happened. The couple unknowingly wandered into the same area where the nude riders were. At that moment, this obscurely awesome batch of wedding photos was taken to document the newlyweds' experience.
I mean, hey, it's not every day you're surrounded by a bunch of naked bike riders while wearing a tux and a wedding dress! Gidjunis was able to capture the photos in just three minutes, and the rest was history.

Note: Due to excessive nudity, the images shown have been altered by the original photographer.
When you think of wedding photos, what do you see? There's a big chance you don't see yourself surrounded by naked bikers.
For Blair Delson and Ross Cohen, that's exactly what took place during their special moment.
Their wedding photographer, Joseph Gidjunis, pitched them the idea of possibly using the annual Philly Naked Bike Ride as the backdrop for the shoot.
While they were hesitant at first, they decided if they just happened to come across the cyclists, they'd take the photos.
But, they wouldn't go out of their way to search for the event.
As you can probably tell, they coincidentally ended up right in the middle of the 10-mile event.
The results? These amazing photos. I've never seen anything like them!
Due to the fact the cyclists ended up showing their stuff throughout the collection, Gidjunis made sure to do some blurring.
He told Huffington Post, "We didn't want any [bikers] to have second thoughts about their 'assets' being shared worldwide."
All in all, it was a successful shoot Blair, Ross and Joseph will never, ever forget!
