Apparently, the rolled ice cream craze is gaining momentum in the dessert scene.

You can find this innovative ice cream at a small shop in Mumbai, India called Rollercoaster Icecream Works, where they make this sweet treat with a special machine.

This awesome ice cream comes in a variety of fruity flavors like mango, guava and watermelon, and if being downright delicious wasn't impressive enough, you'll be glad to know the whole process of making this stuff also looks pretty cool!

Take a look at the pictures below to see a twist on the traditional technique of making ice cream.

This may look like a pile of shredded cheese...

...but this cool confection is actually ice cream!

It's rolled ice cream, to be exact.

You can find it at Rollercoaster Icecream Works in India...

...and it's made with special machines holding huge, rotating blocks of ice.

Fresh fruit and cream are poured over the spinning rolls of ice.

Once everything freezes, the fresh ice cream is simply scraped off of the rolls with knives...

...and ready to be demolished!

This epic ice cream comes in a variety of flavors...

...that change with the seasonal availability of fresh fruit.

All of the shop's incredible ice cream creations are guaranteed to take your taste buds on a ride.
