There's a pink lagoon in Mexico that's simply mesmerizing, to say the least.
That right. Tucked away in the small fishing village of Las Coloradas, you'll find a white salty bank alongside pretty pastel waters that stretch as far as the eye can see.
Apparently, the lagoon gets its heavenly hue from tiny microorganisms, such as brine shrimp and algae, that turn the water pink by producing beta carotene.
Between the stunning blue skies, white salty banks and whimsical fuchsia water, this Barbie-worthy beach is guaranteed to make you see the world through rose-tinted glasses.
