Bagels are definitely having a moment in the foodie scene.
In fact, lately, it's almost impossible to scroll through Instagram without seeing at least a couple of people flashing some seriously impressive #BagelPorn.
If staring at a basic lox-loaded bagel is enough to make you drool, you might want to look away.
A while back, I showed you a bunch of rainbow bagels from The Bagel Store in Brooklyn, New York. You know, those insane multicolored bagels that basically made the Internet lose its mind?
Well, if you thought those bad boys looked pretty delicious in still life, you'll be glad to know you can now watch these delectable disks in action.
That's right. The Insider just released a behind-the-scenes video with The Bagel Store boss Scot Rossillo showing you how magic is made... in the form of a badass bagel, of course!
The mesmerizing video shows the whole delicious process -- from stacking the bright Play-Doh-like layers and slicing up the giant blobs of psychedelic dough to rolling the dough into the final product and, last but not least, topping the bagels with a schmear of Funfetti cream cheese once they're done!
