Waist training is one of those things girls do that I assume is just an incredibly elaborate practical joke, and while I thought people stopped making corsets after 1857, it would appear I was ill-informed.

I'm told that waist training -- like pouting and Kanye West -- is something Kim Kardashian does frequently, but she's not the only person trying out the trend.

Cosmo coerced a few guys into strapping into whatever silky torture device is used to train the waist, and it would appear the hourglass figure is greatly overrated based on the discomfort they're forced to endure.
