The Grinch may not love the holidays, but you can rent his whimsical home from Dec. 13 through Dec. 23 for an extra dose of cheer.

This family-friendly How The Grinch Stole Christmas stay hosted by Vacasa is set inside an actual cave and packed with fun details — including Max’s cozy dog bed — that are sure to delight Dr. Seuss fans of all ages.

Located just outside of Boulder, Utah, this Vacasa rental is truly one-of-a-kind. The home is an actual cave in the side of a mountain, and it’s off the beaten path. Just how the Grinch likes it.

The inside of the home is just as fun and whimsical as Whoville. There are the Grinch’s canned good stacked in the kitchen, tons of books, and even framed photos of the green guy himself scattered throughout the shelves.

The main bedroom features a cozy nook that’s literally carved out of the cave wall. Even the Grinch’s fun and vibrant alarm clock is set up to help you wake and enjoy the day.

There’s even an armoire for all your Grinchy needs. You can choose from several sets of green furry pants to wear for the day, or you can don the Grinch’s silky red robe and slippers while you (don’t) celebrate the holidays.

There’s plenty to do while you’re hanging out in this multi-level 5,700 sq. foot cave. You could even head to the music room to jam on the Grinch’s outrageously fun organ, or play some beats with Max’s drum set.

When you’re finished there, you could even head to the Grinch’s workshop, where he’s laid out all of his plans to disguise himself as Santa Claus.

You could help him finish up his designs (with the help of Max, of course), especially if you’re planning to steal Christmas, too.

And after all that plotting, you’ll want to head to the kitchen to whip up a midnight snack of Roast Beast and Who-pudding. This cavernous kitchen has all the equipment you need to make a holiday feast. But maybe leave the Grinch’s canned good supply alone.

Starting on Dec. 3, you can book this one-of-a-kind holiday experience for just $19.57 in honor of the How The Grinch Stole Christmas book’s original release date in 1957.

Be sure to grab a spot ASAP (and check out the 3D tour of the cave online), as spaces are expected to fill up quickly.

Keep in mind the CDC still recommends delaying domestic travel until you’re fully vaccinated, and you’ll want to check out any local health guidelines while visiting Boulder, Utah.
