Ahead of Disney Wish’s maiden voyage on Thursday, July 14, I experienced the ship as part of its christening ceremony. Though I feel like everything is worthy of your perusal, I picked the top five Disney Wish cruise experiences, and ranked them for your convenience.

4. Incredi-Games

In between your outdoor activities and dining, you can participate in an Incredibles-themed obstacle course in the Hero Zone, which starts with you busting through a “brick” wall like Mr. Incredible would, and ends with a Frozone-inspired Ice Slide (sans actual ice).

2. Worlds of Marvel

As if the character-themed menu at the Worlds of Marvel restaurant weren’t enough for MCU fans, there’s also a short film with appearances by Ant-Man, the Wasp, Falcon (aka the new Captain America), Ms. Marvel, and Captain Marvel you can’t see anywhere else.

1. Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge

The ultimate must-do experience is the Hyperspace Lounge. The Star Wars-themed space is full of easter eggs for true fans, plus a Grogu-inspired mocktail for anyone to enjoy. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to see someone open up the Kaiburr Crystal, Disney’s $5,000 cocktail.

Honorable mentions go out to the three Beauty and the Beast-themed eateries, The Rose, Palo Steakhouse, and Enchanté; the Cinderella-inspired piano bar, Nightingale’s; the Princess and The Frog-themed lounge, The Bayou; the Inside Out-inspired dessert shop, Joyful Sweets, and the performance of The Little Mermaid.
