Ed Sheeran's Acoustic Cover Of Christina Aguilera's 'Dirrty' Is Amazing

I don't really get the appeal of Ed Sheeran. Maybe I'm just a crotchety old man with a predisposition to despise gingers.

But, there are plenty of you out there who are into the musical equivalent of Carrot Top, so here's my second story of the day about the guy.

Sheeran paid a visit to the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge earlier today and did a cover of Christina Aguilera's 2002 hit "Dirrty."

Sheeran took a unique spin on the raunchy track and infused it with some acoustic guitar. The song seems a lot more wholesome now, in spite of the lyrics.

Thankfully, Sheeran did not reenact the "Dirrty" music video, which I recall watching quite a bit as a 12-year-old boy.
