While it's not OK Go's music video for "Here It Goes Again," this has to be the second best treadmill dance I've ever seen.

A talented man named Carson Dean hopped on the cardio machine and did an entire choreographed dance to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk."

This is not only an impressive piece of viral content, but it also seems like it'd be a pretty good workout.
