A Map Of All The Clown Sightings Exists And It Will Give You Nightmares
Alright, I think it's time that we have a really good talk about these damn clowns.
Earlier this year, several reports from all over the country began detailing people's spooky encounters with clowns standing on the side of the road.
While that might seem harmless, things got a bit more serious when groups of clowns reportedly began attempting to lure children into the woods.
Since then, people from New Jersey to Kansas and even Texas have contacted police regarding clown sightings near secluded, woodsy areas late at night.
A few times, these so-called clowns were actually apprehended by police.
The most recent arrested was made in Kentucky after a 19-year-old kid was seen lurking around the woods at around 1 am. Police eventually unmasked the kid for his mugshot and the results are fucking priceless!
Another frightening scenario involved a masked clown chasing someone through the woods with a knife. It's safe to say these psychotic freaks are trying to do everything BUT make us smile.
While some people are saying there's nothing to be afraid of, it's important to keep in mind that not all of these clowns are trolling the world out of humor.
Some of them are actually EVIL.
Since these bizarre, incredibly SPOOKY clown sightings don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon, an actual clown sighting map has made its way into existence just before Halloween.
The map, composed by Mashable, allows you to see where people are reporting clown sightings and interactions ALL around the United States and even the rare clown sightings that have occurred overseas.
Behold, the clown map that just might save your life.
This particular map highlights clown-related crimes, sightings and threats that have been reported since August 3.
Consider yourself prepared for the worst. You never know where the next clown will pop up -- it could be closer than you think.
Stay safe out there, my fellow non-clown humans.
