You're not necessarily going to achieve Sienna Miller smudgy smokey eye circa 2004 — you're taking things up a notch or two. As for the hair... If you're lucky enough to have an on-trend bob or a short 'do, all you have to do is apply gel. Though, wigs are always there to help. When in doubt, a slicked-back Elvis should do the trick.
