You Can Finally Make Cheesecake Factory Desserts At Home With New Baking Mixes
There's nothing like a giant slice of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. Over-indulgent? Sure, but oh so worth it. And now, the Cheesecake Factory has dessert mixes of their most sought after baked goods, meaning we won't even have to leave the comfort of our own homes to achieve restaurant-quality recipes.
Instagram user Snack Betch first put the line of boxed mixes — called "Cheesecake Factory at Home" — on our radar after snapping a photo at Walmart, revealing a handful of the new products. She wrote,
Where are all my bakers at?! So excited for the @cheesecakefactory new line of baked goods! You can whip up cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, snickerdoodle cookies, chocolate cupcakes, & vanilla cupcakes.
In addition to the pictured mixes, the restaurant's website features a few more options, including salted caramel cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies.
But let's be real, most of us are after that classic cheesecake recipe.
Cheesecake Factory describes the premium boxed mix as a "creamy, delicious cheesecake on a graham cracker crust inspired by our legendary Original cheesecake." Yum. They also suggest serving it with whipped cream and/or fresh berries and jam (yes, agree).
Beyond the two packages of mix (one for the crust and one for the cheesecake itself), you'll only need five additional ingredients: melted butter, graham crackers, cream cheese, milk, and eggs.
The bake time is under an hour, so you could conceivably make an entire Cheesecake Factory-quality dessert within an episode or two of your current Netflix obsession.
Cheesecake Factory also has a line of chocolates marked "coming soon" on their website, so... I'll be ordering all of them.
While we wait for the chocolates though, you can find the "Cheesecake Factory At Home" offerings at Walmart, per Snack Betch, as well as most major grocery store chains. Or, if you don't want to leave your house, they're also available on Amazon.
