Man Sucker Punches Kangaroo In The Face After Catching It Strangling A Dog
You're not about to read a breakdown of the latest WWE fight. No. This actually happened in real life.
Well, in Australia, which I suppose just about counts as real life.
So long story short, a man punched a kangaroo -- a full-sized buck -- right in the chops.
Details could be clearer, but here's what we know: The video appeared on the Facebook page of a bloke called Steven Stubenrauch.
He posted it yesterday with the caption,
My buddy from Australia sent me this. Them roos are wild as hell.
For some reason, he failed to mention that his friend is literally the Australian version of "Gilmore Girls'" Luke Danes. Now that I think of it, this is exactly the type of reaction Luke would have to wild life, if Lorelai ever managed to drag him out of Stars Hollow.
Regardless, the footage looks like it was taken from some sort of TV show. In it, a car is seen driving through the outback.
The camera closes in on a bizarre scene of the kangaroo strangling a dog. The roo's got it in a proper headlock and there's no escaping its vice-like grip.
Then, out of no where, a man is seen dashing toward the huge mammal. He's heard shouting out for "Max," and tells him to "come here."
The kangaroo drops the dog and squares-up to the man. They both raise their fists as they prepare to engage in battle.
Before the kangaroo even has a chance to box, the man lands a huge punch right on his face.
POW RIGHT IN THE KISSER.
You've never seen a fully-grown roo physically stunned until this moment.
It leans back and stares into space. The man then appears to give the animal a telling off. He points and shouts something like he's having a fight with a real human.
The kangaroo backs off, and it's clear he has lost to the most dangerous animal of all -- MAN.
Weird, weird scenes. But hilarious.
The video has been viewed more than 3 million times, and it's easy to see why. Next week: Man wrestles with koala after it comes on to his wife. Probably.
