This Golf Trick Shot Gone Wrong Will Make You Cringe

Following last night's dramatic National Championship game conclusion, the sports world is now turning its focus to the upcoming 2016 Masters Golf Tournament.

Will Jordan Speith repeat as champion or will someone like Jason Day or Rory McIlroy take home one of the most coveted prizes in golf?

In the buildup to this year's tournament, one golf fan apparently decided to show his enthusiasm and excitement by attempting a golf trick shot of epic proportions. However, this dude isn't Speith, Day or McIlroy, so he failed miserably and nearly killed his friend in the process.

I think the fact this video is in super slo-mo is helpful for the viewer from a cringe-factor perspective, though I doubt that makes it any less painful for the guy who took a driver to the face.

Let this be a lesson, kids, never be the one holding a tee in your mouth while someone is swinging for the fences.
