In what became an annual tradition during his eight years in the Oval Office, President Barack Obama officially filled out his March Madness bracket for the 2016 NCAA tournament.

And there are upsets a plenty.

The biggest shocker POTUS has is 13-seed Hawaii upsetting four-seed California in the opening round, which could be chalked up to the president picking his home state.

Obama also has Texas A&M in the Final Four, Duke knocking off one-seed Oregon and Kansas -- the tournament's number one overall seed -- winning the national championship.

Here's a look at all of Obama's 64 picks:

Before you run and change your picks to match the president's, it's important to point out Obama hasn't correctly picked the national champion since selecting North Carolina to win it all back in 2009.

The madness is truly upon us.
