Following days of speculation about her attendance, Addison Rae made her Met Gala debut a memorable one while wearing vintage Tom Ford. For the 2021 Met Gala, the TikTok star-turned-actress stepped out in a red number and a head-turning new haircut.

The He’s All That star ditched her signature brunette locks for a much shorter blonde haircut that looked like the lighter ‘do she rocked a few years ago.

Rae’s makeup artist for the night, celebrity MUA Mary Phillips, put the focus on her new blonde hair by pairing smokey eyes with a nude lip and a bold brow, all courtesy of Pat McGrath Labs makeup. The finishing touch was a pair of long statement earrings.

Rae’s 2003 Tom Ford gown was statuesque with a statement corset-style bodice featuring hooks down the front.

The figure-hugging gown also featured a mermaid skirt with a train, as well as metal accents.

The TikTok star didn’t hold back with her accessories. In addition to layers of glittery bracelets and rings, Rae also showed off a simple French manicure with red tips.

Only time will tell whether Addison Rae sticks with her new blonde hair post-Met Gala, but it’s safe to say she isn’t afraid of debuting a bold beauty moment on the red carpet.
