For their first MTV Video Music Awards, Jenny, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé showed up early and were ready to slay the black carpet. Each BLACKPINK member has a unique style that they showcased at the awards show while still looking in sync.

BLACKPINK’s 2022 VMAs appearance is actually a historic event and not just for BLINKs. They’re the first-ever female K-Pop group to perform at the VMAs, and you know they’re going to absolutely knock it out of the park.

As a group, BLACKPINK went with all-black outfits that ran the fashion gambit. There were florals, cut-outs, and lace — oh my! — and each member showed off their own distinct vibe.

All the way on the right, Lisa was decked on in Celine, and it was so girlboss. Her super-tailored pants featured a belted, open skirt with a train. Her bodice also featured a little cutout to break up all the heavy black.

For her look, Jennie went with her go-to brand Chanel. Her crop-top and maxi skirt combo was super darling, especially with the star details and fuller skirt.

Rosé stood apart from the crowd by wearing a Saint Laurent mini dress with a bow and turtleneck. In a world (or musical group) full of maxi skirts, wearing a short skirt is definitely a power move.

Jisoo’s outfit matched her delicate style. Her maxi gown was decorated with floral lace which really popped out against the rest of BLACKPINK’s straight all-black looks.

While their ‘fits varied, BLACKPINK stayed in sync with the rest of their styling. Each member wore minimal accessories and wore blushy, no-makeup-makeup which gave them a united vibe.
