J. Lo And Ben Affleck Are My New Honeymoon Fashion Icons

The pair served a masterclass in looking effortlessly loved up.

After their down-to-earth Vegas wedding, I didn’t think Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck could get more romantic. I’m happy to report that the couple proved me wrong by looking truly loved up on their recent honeymoon trip to Paris, France.

On their Parisian getaway, J. Lo kept things romantic in a number of long, flowing dresses. Always by her side, Affleck looked every inch the attentive, happy husband in ‘fits that complemented, but didn’t pull attention from, his new wife’s looks. Let’s dive in.

The newlyweds cruised along the River Seine on Saturday, July 23, with their children. J. Lo glowed in a lightly structured dress that gave off major cottagecore vibes. The bodice of the dress suggested a corset without being restrictive and the floral pattern was truly dreamy.

Lopez paired the sunny frock with a pair of sky-high sandals in brown suede and a Gucci purse with bamboo handles. Affleck wore a simple slacks-and-button-down combo in shades of gray and navy.

The happy couple brought their kids along on their international vacation and, as such, it must be said that the collared polka dot dress Violet Affleck wore on Saturday was absolutely adorable.

Later that same evening, the couple did a costume change. Affleck traded his button-down for a dark gray suit in what looked like linen while Lopez switched into a floor-length floral gown. Also notable, that gorgeous ornate square purse.

If anyone can pull off a pleated floral dress with a train, it’s J. Lo. Between the bell sleeves, the gemstone-studded collar, and the way the back of the dress moves like water, this entire look is a fashion win. No notes.

On Sunday, July 24, Affleck and Lopez took a trip to the Louvre. Lopez wore a halter dress from Reformation — it’s the Stassi and it can be yours for $278 — with a mini purse in a similar shade of fuchsia and a pair of strappy sandals.

I love how the clasp on Lopez’s purse got a nod from her chunky gold necklace almost as much as I love that Affleck stuck to his blue button-down, gray slacks uniform. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
