All black everything.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker were all smiles on the 2022 Oscars red carpet. The couple wore all black, surprising no one, but delighting me, because I am living for the throwback punk energy they are always giving.

Style-wise, the engaged couple stuck to the choices that have defined their relationship: all black everything. Kardashian went sleeveless and fitted in an ankle-length Mugler gown and a pair of open-toed heels.

Barker wore lots of layers in the couple’s signature shade. The Blink-182 alum appears to have worn a mock turtleneck under a tuxedo jacket. Overall, the suit is pretty subdued, which was probably on purpose. Barker loves letting his lady shine.

It wouldn’t be a Kourtney and Travis moment without a little PDA, which is exactly what they served up in addition to their matching ensembles.

Kardashian allowed her hair, makeup, and accessories to mirror the sleek and minimal style of her gown. She kept her medium-length lob sleek and slicked back, and wore a pair of angular drop earrings.

Kardashian’s open-toed slip-on heels are Aquazzura while her two-tone jeweled earrings are Lorraine Schwartz.

According to Barker’s stylist, Chris Kim, the drummer’s brooch is also Lorraine Schwartz while his suit is Maison Margiela. The couple’s entire vibe, according to me, is a throwback to a simpler time of emo music and lots of eyeliner.

The style highlight of the evening for Kravis? Definitely their matching Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. The brooch and earrings echo each other without explicitly matching.
