Paris Fashion Week ended with a bang. Celebs and designers served up some wild beauty looks, but the fashion was even more eccentric. As seen on Kylie Jenner, Doja Cat, Bella Hadid, and others, here are 13 of the weirdest ‘fits from Paris Fashion Week 2022.

Have you ever wondered what Marie Antoinette would look like if she’d worn cut-off denim shorts? Well now you know, thanks to this Vaquera combination of corsetry, ruffles, puff sleeves, and hot pants.

Bella Hadid looked like the Regina George of Cirque du Soleil High School as she walked for Thom Browne. This look has everything: A ruffled collared, sheer red catsuit, exposed thong, and the dreaded micro-mini skirt.

Mardi Gras came early on the Germanier runway. This technicolor look was a beaded extravaganza featuring colorful beading on the gloves, hat, and dress. It must have made so much noise clacking down the runway.

I’m not sure how Kylie Jenner saw the Acne Studios runway show with these supersized shades on, but they definitely went her ‘fit. The vibe is equal parts alien and insect. She must have been *buzzing* with excitement.

Comme des Garcons started off weird with a cage-style headpiece and kept things wild from there. The volume of this look was next level and I’m amazed that the model was able to work the runway given its massive proportions.

Jaden Smith was channeling Dune at the Louis Vuitton runway show. His baggy jeans were very now, but his oversized iridescent crop top and metallic scarf-belt-combo accessory were fully futuristic.

Doja Cat woke up and chose chaos as the theme for her ‘fit when she attended the Vivienne Westwood runway show. This looks layered so many constrasting patterns that it was overwhelming, but in the best way.

Enough with handbags, Weinsanto wants you to start wearing hip bags. This dress was designed with a wine-shaped bucket bag fitted into its hoopskirt, so you can finally keep your Prosecco, phone, and wallet as close as possible.

This model from the Noir Kei Ninomiya show looked like a mysterious nymph appearing from the fog, magnificent jellyfish, a rare bird, or a sustainable sculpture made from recycled dryer lint. I really can’t decide.

Get ready for cozy season! Loewe is starting a new trend and that trend is carrying your favorite pillow zipped up into your cardigan. It’s a look designed for the person that wants to nap on the go aka yours truly.

Botter has been getting a lot of attention for its balloon-style gloves which, actually, weren’t balloons at all. Instead of flimsy plastic, the fashion house decorated models’ hands with rubber for a fingerless, jiggly look.

Rick Owens took shrugging to the next level with its Spring/Summer 2023 outerwear. This yellow jacket featured a sumptuous snakeskin print and built-in ambivalence, thanks to shoulder pads shaped in a perpetual shrug.

Chunky zippers have always been a vibe, but they’ve never vibed as hard as they did on the Louis Vuitton runway. To balance out the enormous zipper, the fashion house added a tube detail around the skirt of this look.
