Healthy Holiday Cocktails That Won't Ruin Your New Year's Resolutions

by Kaylin Pound

Everyone knows booze is an essential part of the holidays.

Let's be real: Dealing with your annoying relatives is a hell of a lot easier when you have a strong cocktail in your hand.

Plus, blacking out at your holiday office party always seems to make socializing with your awkward co-workers a whole lot easier.

If you're trying to get a head start on your New Year's resolutions by being healthy over the holidays, chugging a dozen cranberry vodkas every night probably isn't on your list of things to do.

Between the alcohol and sugar mixers, the calories in your favorite cocktails can really sneak up on you. This is especially true if you're downing enough free booze to kill a small elephant.

But just because you're watching your waistline over the holidays, that doesn't necessarily mean you have to skip out on the boozy festivities altogether: It turns out there are all sorts of healthy holiday cocktails that will get you in the Christmas spirit without giving you a belly that could put Santa's midsection to shame.

We rounded up a bunch of guiltless cocktails that are both delicious and festive AF. Cheers!
