Get Naked: Lip Stains That Look Like Your Actual Lip Color (But Better)

by Izabella Zaydenberg

In case you haven't noticed, it's hot as balls outside and it's taken a serious toll on our makeup game.

The moment you step out to grab groceries, train to work or walk the dog, you're pretty much asking for your entire face to melt all the way down to your ankles.

Not cute, right?

Lip colors are usually the first to jump ship, so your best bet is to always opt for something that won't be as noticeable when it magically vanishes off your face.

An MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade is always a good idea if you don't want that tell-tale faded red lipstick look.

Especially in summer, try opting for a stain formula. It seriously stays put, while leaving just a hint of color.

Stains are also kiss-proof (in my experience, anyway) and that's important for all those summer booty calls dates you have lined up.

Most importantly, they don't fade after a gin and tonic -- or, more realistically, four gin and tonics and a couple of Fireballs.

Check out our fave MLBB stains and get a little naked with us.
